Main accessories description

Our automatic packing machine is premade according to customers requestment. When you want to change the bag size or type of bag ,you can change the mould.

1. One automatic packing machine can pack both three sides sealing and four sides sealing when you change the mould.

2. One automatic packing machine can make different bag size when you change the mould. The bag width is one width (30mm to 100mm) one bag maker ,the bag length is adjustable from 30mm to 160mm.

3. Auger:  if the customer want 15grams,the auger can be 15-45grams, (If the customers volume is 15-45g, less than 15g or more than 45g, they must change new set of auger instead of one(USD500.00/set ).

4. Work time: it is suggested that work 16hours /day for keeping longer lifespan ,but 24 hours /days also no problem for the machine .

5. Printer : one roll of color film can be used for three days if work 24 hours one day, ,but depend on the daily production, if it finish ,just instead of the new one   USD5.00/roll
