Step 1 QC manager conducts random inspection on prints/colors

Manager will check the quality of the material, print, elastic and workmanship.Then the color and position of snaps, the content and quality of labels and the size detail.

 

Step 2 QC Specialist conduct detailed inspection on each product

The QC Specialist will make sure that the stitching is neat, thematerial is clean on both side and the elastic is flat and soft.Also we guarantee that on our products, there will be no loose threads,broken or missing snaps/labels,or damaged material.

 

Step 3 QC Specialist will inspect the surface and overlook after snapped

QC Specialist will make sure that the tabs are equal from left to right also flat and neat after snap so that the entire product will look pretty and symmetrical.

 

Step 4 satety check through needle detector for sharp objects or needles

Packing workers will pass each and every product through the needle detector machine to make sure nothing is left in the package other than our product.

Yes, we will send you pp sample, after you confirm, then we will start production.
