MediGain Services, a healthcare analytics company, has purchased all the assets of MedBE for an undisclosed sum.

MedBE is involved in providing commercial services including revenue cycle management (RCM) and practice management to physicians throughout Louisiana and the Southeastern US.

MedBE CEO Billy Chrysonthopolous said MediGain has a reputation of superior customer service and reporting through its proprietary healthcare analytics processes.

"We know our existing medical billing customers will appreciate the increased insight into their practices that MediGain's operations will provide," Chrysonthopolous added.

MediGain CEO Greg Hackney said, "We will continue to seek out and acquire additional companies that share our philosophy of quality and service as we also continue to grow organically."
